Kickin' It Soccer Tournament

June 27th-28th, 2009

Three games are guaranteed for each team and there will be championship T-shirts given to the first place team.

$325 per team - Entry forms postmarked by June 8th, 2009
$375 per team for entry forms postmarked after June 8th, 2009.
Last day to register is June 22nd 2009.
All proceeds will go to Katia Rojo.

General
"Kickin' It" is a FRIENDLY, adult, coed soccer tournament held at the Hoover High as a charity event to help raise money for friends in need. You may register up to 14 players per team. Players must be 18 years or older in order to participate. Teams are guaranteed to play at least 3 games. Please download forms, rules and regulations located in the menu bar on the left.

Fees/Deadlines
An entry fee of $325 per team payable to the "Katia Rojo Fund" must be submitted along with an entry form to reserve your team’s spot. A team roster and a waiver form (one signed by each player) must be turned in no later than 1 hour before your team’s first game. Please mail your forms and payment to Kickin' It Soccer Tournament, "c/o Steven Govek, 13216 Via Santillana, San Diego, CA 92129". The entry form with your team’s entry fee must postmarked by June 8th, 2009 in order to have the team fee of $325. Entry forms postmarked after June 8th, must pay a team registration fee of $375. All applications will be processed on a first come, first serve basis. No registration will be accepted after June 22nd, 2009. There will be no refunds once an application has been accepted.

Requirements
All teams will be required to submit a completed entry form, roster and waiver signed by each player. All teams must bring a dark and a light colored jersey. Each team is responsible for bringing TWO game balls to each game. All players must be at least 18 years of age. All players must follow and abide by the rules and regulations of the tournament (Rules and regulations can be downloaded from the menu bar on the left)
